SoftServe opens expanded Lviv campus, adds 400 engineers
SoftServe opened the expanded phase of its Lviv campus in February 2026, adding 6,000 square meters of workspace and 400 engineering positions. The campus renovation and expansion was completed in two phases over 18 months. Total campus capacity is now 2,800 staff, making it SoftServe's largest single facility by headcount.
The expanded campus includes a dedicated zone for SoftServe's defense-technology practice group, which employs approximately 180 engineers. The practice group works on drone guidance systems and battlefield communications software under contracts with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and with allied-nation defense contractors.
