GlobalLogic, a Hitachi subsidiary and Ukraine's largest IT employer by headcount, opened its second dedicated Kyiv engineering center in March 2026. The new facility in the Podil district covers 4,800 square meters and provides 600 permanent workstations. It is designed to house engineers working on digital product development mandates for European and North American clients in telecommunications, automotive, and financial services. The opening brings GlobalLogic's total Kyiv workspace capacity to approximately 3,200 engineers across two facilities. GlobalLogic Ukraine employs approximately 7,200 people nationally, with Kyiv-based staff accounting for the largest share.
