Endava, the London-headquartered and NYSE-listed digital services firm, announced an expansion of its Chișinău engineering center in March 2026. The expansion adds 300 engineering positions, bringing total Chișinău headcount to approximately 2,100 staff — a 17% increase. Endava is Moldova's largest private sector IT employer and operates IT Park Moldova membership status. The expansion is driven by new client mandates in the financial services and healthcare technology sectors. Endava CEO John Cotterell noted in the company's investor communications that Chișinău offers favorable cost structures relative to Western European engineering hubs, strong university talent pipelines, and improving infrastructure as a result of EU accession alignment.
